There is a secret that isn't a secret at all. Something all Time Lords know and all Time Lords deny. The Time Lord does not pick the TARDIS, the TARDIS must pick the Time Lord.

It was/is/will be love at first/last/every sight of course. She hadn't been what he is/was/will be looking for, he want(ed) the newest model the latest trend. As if such concepts even made sense to her, all TARDISes are ancient and all TARDISes are young, she exists in all moments at once.  He was/is/will be so bright with possibilities and curiosity and she wanted to see the universe through his eyes. So she had reached out and whispered into his mind and he came, her open door an invitation and a dare. For she had known her Thief, always knew him and he never could resist a look and so she stole her Time Lord and she never will give/ has given him back.

"So Sexy, where shall we go next? How about Paris 21st Century, Paris is cool" 

She hummed happily as she flew dropping him into 19^th century Italy just where he needed to be.
